When Gordon met Sheev

Just as how Melody Crowe got an email claiming to be from a dying woman, my Sheev email address got the same thing and he seems to be more co-operative than Shirley is. We're going to do something different here; we're going to try all three scambaiting emails: Sheev, Derek, and Melody.

As usual, characters in bold are mine and they are as follows:
Sheev Palpatine: The original contact and ruler of a vast Empire. Also called Darth Sidious
Melody Crowe: Sheev's granddaughter
Derek Trotter: Sheev's lawyer

The lads meanwhile, are in italics and they are as follows:
Mr. Gordon Hirschy: A businessman specializing in real estate
Dr. Latif A. Mousse: Gordon's doctor

At 14:00 or thereabouts, Gordon sent this message to Sheev:

Greetings,
My name is Engr. Gordon Hirschy, I am a citizen of U.S.A, a business man specialized in Real Estate; but now I am critically sick with esophageal cancer which has damaged almost all the cells in my body system.

From all medical indications my condition has really deteriorated and it’s pretty obvious that I may not live for more than six months because of the rapid growth stage and the excruciating pain that accrues to it.

My wife was killed during the Gulf War, and our long years of marriage were not blessed with children. My wife was very wealthy, after her death I inherited all her business and funds. My doctor has diagnosed and told me privately that I may not last for more than six months, based on this I have taken the decision to share part of my funds and wealth in contribution to the development of the Church and society with major focus on the poor and needy.

I am willing to donate the sum of $10,000,000USD to you for the work in developing the Church and to help the needy, and less privileged among your congregations/society.

As soon as the fund is transferred to your own bank account, you shall take 30% of the total amount transferred to your account as my representative and the
manager of the fund and use 70% for the assignment.

In my next message, I will send you my identification and picture for your confidence.

Please reply immediately with your full data if you agree to help me so that we can arrange for the transfer of the fund to your own bank account before anything happens to me, because I will undergo surgery by next week, and I do not know what will be the result of the surgery as doctor has told me already that I may not survive.

Gordon may have asked for an urgent response, but he ended up waiting for about an hour and twenty five minutes from Sheev. Finally, he got a reply from Sheev who saw that he asked for data but did not specify the type. Sheev asked Gordon:

Dear Gordon

You ask me to send you my data, but what exactly is the data you want me to send? Unless you tell me, I cannot provide any details.

Please send me the data you want.

Sheev waited for about two hours and twenty five minutes to hear back from Gordon and when he did, Hirschy wrote this:

Hello Sheev Palpatine,
Greetings and thanks for your message.
I am satisfied with the glory of God that you will take proper care of the fund.
I am a Citizen of United States staying here in Benin Republic because of my investment here in Benin Republic.

With gratitude to God I have decided with my full heart to transfer this fund under your control.
I have contacted you to use this money for the work of God, since I am not capable to handle the money because of my health condition.

My medical Doctor told me that I would not last for the next six months due to my cancer problem, having known my condition I took this decision because I don't want bank to transfer the money to government coffer as unclaimed fund if I die, that is why I decided to contact you.

I will like you to provide me your personal data like,

(3) Occupation:
(4) phone number:
(5) Age:

I will submit your name and information to my attorney for him to prepare inheritance WILL and authorization on your name, I will send you the copy of the inheritance WILL, and also send a copy to bank that will prove that you are the manager and the receiving beneficiary of the fund deposited in the bank.

Then I will contact bank and introduce you to them as my representative and the manager/beneficiary of the money deposited in the bank, I will instruct bank to transfer the funds to your own bank account.

Since I will be going for surgery operation soon, I will give you the contact of the hospital and the medical doctor taking care of my health so that you can be able to contact him to know my health condition if I am not capable to reach you.

Now, I regret to inform you that I can only provide very limited details; I control a vast Empire, Gordon, and my safety is important to me! As you are aware, my name is Sheev Palpatine. Though I am sometimes referred to as Darth...Sidious or "The Emperor". I originate from the UK.

I thought we'd leave off the other details like phone number, occupation and age just to cause a bit of frustration. This made Gordon come back and ask for my details, which I already gave him. He said:

In his most recent email, Sheev said this to Gordon, copying in Derek (his lawyer) and Melody (his granddaughter) in the process:

I am unable to provide a phone number because, believe it or not, I don't have a phone. If you want a phone number, I suggest you ask either my granddaughter, Melody Crowe or my lawyer, Derek Trotter, as they are the ones who are going to own phone numbers. I would advise that you write to them both and ask for their numbers. I've copied them both on this email for information; I suggest you introduce yourself to them, if you are still with us. Or at least, get your doctor to introduce himself to them both.

Continuing on from his correspondence with Gordon, Sheev Palpatine copied in two contacts for Gordon: His granddaughter, Melody Crowe, and his lawyer, Derek Trotter. Derek was the first to respond to the email that Sheev copied him on:

Hello Gordon!

I hope you're doing well in hospital. Anyway, Sheev informs me that he plans to transact some business with you; I would be happy to assist you and any other parties in this business. Just let me know what it is that you need, and we can go from there.

Then Melody joined in and said to Gordon:

It is very nice to meet you. My name is Melody Crowe and I am Sheev's granddaughter; I understand you want to undertake some business with him. Could I get some context?

What a scumbag. I hope you have a blast jerking this prick around. That hospital is real so maybe you have a lot of colleagues in Africa that work at NGOs dedicated to helping the downtrodden receive basic medical services. It would be a shame if one of your compassionate friends that works in the area decided to bring your lard ass lad some nice milk and cookies and was told that he wasn't a patient nor is there a doctor with that name. Obviously, I'm not suggesting that you burn the lad but it can be pretty hilarious when lads are caught in a big lie like this and have to quickly back peddle like crazy to justify their bullshit. Lads think they are so clever when they try to put a lot of physical distance between their persona and the victim. Their heads usually spin right off when baiting characters overcome that obstacle as if all they had to do was wave a magic wand This sack of trash deserves to sweat it out. I wonder if you could time it just right so that he introduces the banker character and is more or less forced to kill off the original character because it would take too much effort on his part to salvage the character from all those lies

Oh, I hope I do have a blast! I'm sure he's gonna have fun in dealing with three contacts...especially when he claims he's dying.

Don't get me wrong, scamming is a terrible crime because the perpetrators always tend to run away and never return, plus they can barely be traced. But of all the scamming personas that a lad can take on, the "I'm dying of X" is one of the worst!

Orphanage lads also deserve a special place in Hell. Especially if they are pretending to run an orphanage with religious affiliations. I'm sure that a lad or two has put all those heart string pulling characteristics into their 419 blender and added the terminal illness flavor to create the "saddest lad on Earth" persona.

What I like about baits like this one is that the lad simply wants to send you their personal money. Obviously the upcoming bank lad character will require you to pay various fees. If this were a trunk box scam or a NOK inheritance format then it is super easy for the lad or one of his diplomat/official personas to say that it is impossible for the fees to be paid from the money in the trunk box etc. because the box can't be opened until the security clearance fees are paid Your lad will have to dream up a different excuse or kill the character off so the "bad cop" banker character can run the show. It's still fun to read their excuses as to why a multimillionaire trying to give away a ton of money would bother you about piddly little fees. It's like putting a small gift into a giant box filled with rocks and mailing it C.O.D. to the recipient...rude, tacky and spiteful.

Sheev copied in his lawyer and granddaughter in on a message that had been sent to him by Gordon. Gordon just ignored Melody and wrote to Derek. This is what came into Derek's mailbox this morning:

Many thanks for your message, I believe Mr. Sheev Palpatine have given you details about me and the reason of contacting him.

My health is not getting better, I want to conclude every arrangement concerning the transfer of the fund with bank before I die.


So I will like you to provide me your information like,

Send me the above required information so that I can link you up with my bank as my representative and receiver of the funds now that I am still alive.

Gordon did tell Derek that Palatine had given him details about Gordon....so Derek seemed to take notice! Derek may have been protective of his own family, but Sheev seemed to have made a good choice in choosing Derek as his lawyer, because this email proved that he not only wanted to protect his own family, but also wanted to protect the safety of Sheev and his granddaughter.

Oh, Sheev has given me the basics. He's told me that you've been a plonker all your life, and now you're paying the penalty for it in hospital. He's mentioned your suffering from cancer and he's put you in touch with me because he doesn't own a phone; and because he doesn't own a phone, he's put you in touch with someone who has a phone!

Hence, why do you want these details from me? I thought you wanted the details of Sheev. Plus, you already know my name; I'm based in the UK along with my client and his granddaughter, Melody. Sheev's told you that I'm his lawyer and it's a good thing he's put you in touch with me, because like his granddaughter, I can give you a phone number.

You've asked me, for details Gordon, but I want to ask you something that my client also probably wants to know: You said to Sheev that:

"I don't want bank to transfer the money to government coffer as unclaimed fund if I die"

Why not? Is this going to be safe? Looks like Sheev did the right thing in getting me in touch with you; Gawd knows how Melody would be, if she found out that her grandad was getting...defrauded, shall we say? Might I suggest that I talk to this lawyer directly?

Lines like this make me puke in my mouth a little. Hopefully over time you will be the reason why "something" happens to him but I doubt that it will allow his soul to rest. Not that he has a soul but you catch my drift. I'm curious how much $ this twat will try to fleece you for in his first request for cash. Lads are all over the map when it comes to specific amounts and tend to forget what they initially asked for. Regardless, your new cancer riddled best friend should be responsible for paying that so it should be smooth sailing from here on out

In his first email to Sheev, Gordon provided him with the contact of Dr. Latif A. Mousse. To compensate for Gordon ignoring his granddaughter, he forwarded Gordon's initial message to Melody, which enabled her to contact Dr. Mousse. This is what she sent him:

Hi Doctor Mousse

I have been given your email address from my grandad, Sheev Palpatine, who had been contacted by your patient and gave him your email address. On my grandad's behalf as well as on the behalf of his lawyer, Derek Trotter (both of whom I've copied in on this message), I wish to express my concern about Gordon's behalf.

Grandad has told me that your patient is suffering from esophageal cancer and Gordon gave him your email address in the event he is unable to contact either your original contact, myself or Derek.

Derek was the first to reply, just to say he wanted to express his concerns about Gordon's condition, followed by Sheev who said that Gordon mentioned he was going in for surgery and wanted to know when the operation was. No response for a couple of days, so everyone chased; Sheev and Derek just asked if there was any news, but Melody was more wordy with her concerns. This is what she sent to Gordon:

Hi Gordon

I'm sure that Grandad and his lawyer have sent you a variation of this email already, but anyway: Is everything okay? Are you still with us?

Is there any news on the next stages?
