Coming to the Debit card facilitation, you will either come to Paris at BNP Paribas to pick up your Debit card or the card can be sent via DHL to the provided address which the receiver will be responsible for Dhl courier service payment. Once the Debit card is received, you will be required to make a withdrawal of $30,000 USD from a different ATM Machine in South Africa once the Debit card is upgraded to the above amount.

I guess the lad had enough people catch on to the DHL fees that some were saying, nah, I'll just some to Paris and pick it up myself, so he added the extra hurdle of South African withdrawal. This sounds like a fun lad.

Perhaps you could decline the card since you rec'd an offer to pick one up elsewhere that has better conditions with it. Can he meet those terms or should you send your money elsewhere????

Huh, strange that the lad wants to safari you. Oddly enough, I just got a different lad emailing me this morning that wanted me to come pick up a consignment myself as well. Luckily there’s an easy excuse to not be able to go: pandemic!
