Thank you for your suggestions and cautions! I'm new to this sport. I had planned on rubbing the scammer's face in it at the end. ("Haha you scumbag scammer, I wasted your time...etc.") but opted for just disappearing at the end so that he probably just thought I got wise to the scam just ...
