Re: Why do lads like to sneak in and look around here?
Hello Shownwinne, welcome to Eater. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with the forum rules here . In particular the one regarding necro'ing old threads. Please avoid thread necromancy (that is: posting in a thread that has been inactive for several weeks). Old threads have usually little...

Has the disgusting cockroach repaid all his victims?
If not then he's still a scammer and every word that he utters is almost certainly a lie. So I'd watch your back as he will probably try to scam you.

Report the bank account to a Mod here, they have contacts at major banks worldwide who will take notice of reports that they receive.

Re: Is mail.com safe?
Any email address is safe for baiting if you bait safely. Mail.com may well reveal your IP address, but that's not a problem unless you are planning on baiting from work or college/university where a static IP may reveal details of the company/university. If you are baiting from home then your IP ad...

This forum only deals with Advance Fee Fraud scams, so unless you are emailing them, we can't help you. If you are emailing Advance Fee Fraud scammers, then there is no need for a VM as you can just check the emails online and as long as you aren't clicking links or opening downloaded attachments yo...

Welcome to Eater Ickyman.
You can find plenty of emails to bait at our sister site https://scamwarners.com. Just pick one and reply as if you received the original email.

Re: Fake online bank account?
The creation of a fake bank website is very likely against the law and will almost certainly get the attention of the FBI and is also providing scammers with a resource that they could abuse. For the type of baiting that we do here (Advance Fee Fraud scams), there is no need for such resources. Lock...

Please take some time to read the forum rules before posting again.
We do not flood email addresses etc. as it just results in the scammer closing down that box and continuing his scam from a new box, rendering any warnings on sites like scamwarners.com meaningless.

Re: Elaborate airbnb scam
Tracking down scammers is not something that we do here and what do you plan on doing if you were able to track them down. They are most likely somewhere in Eastern Europe, Africa or the Far East and local law enforcement will not be interested. The best thing you can do is report the fake website t...

Re: Lads using Google Forms for their scam
There has definitely been a downturn in the number of mails I have received using forms over the last few days. So, it could well he that Google have taken measures to stop the abuse. It could also be that the lads themselves have realised that it isn't an effective method. Firstly, they have to sen...

Re: A question about a certain "scam"
Looks like a get rich quick scheme to me rather than the type of scam that we deal with here. The person you are in contact with is very likely a victim and answered a similar email/advert to the one that you did. The product that he is selling is the "workbook", which will most likely jus...

It's 100% certain a scam. Members of the US military do not need to beg random strangers on the web for money. Re: Derek's first chance of scambaiting since signing the muguguestbook
Looking like you are compliant is the main thing for the majority of scammers, it's a test to see how compliant you are they have no real interest in your passport or any of the other stuff they ask for. If you don't outright refuse to send it and appear to be trying to comply then they will see you...
