The wedding is off

I thought I had found true love....and now it's over. A scammer and I have been writing for 23 months now....just short of 2 yrs. I read all the things she loved about me (some she knew without even asking!) and how she couldn't wait to be with me for life. I replied, flattered and proud to be her other half. Today however, after almost 2 yrs of being engaged (she asked me to marry her, now that is romantic!), she dumped me.
oH oH oH I'm tired of all this questions, is too much, I cant bear it anymore, No woman can bear with such questions time to time, just forget about the friendship-bye ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
The most notable thing she has done over two years was boring calls to the moneygram hotline. She didn't say much there, just mainly listened. Now that I was on the verge of sending a bank transfer, she gets all emotional, dumps me.

She was a boring scammer that nothing really happened for almost 2 yrs, but it still hurts that I was dumped.

Condolences, Sparky. But maybe she'll come back. ;)

ItS nEvEr OvEr!!!!1!!

Go get that gal, Sparky! Woo the crocs off her feet and promise her the moon (but never deliver, of course.)

Or, if you prefer, find six more to replace her.

If you really love her, you should do anything to get her back.

Perhaps a wonderful gift (a pricey diamond engagement ring ?) may make her change her mind. I might know of a Logistics company that could do express delivery!

I just wrote to her with the hopes of her returning. However, I love the idea of a diamond, esp. with Valentine's day coming! If she will respond, I will pawn my snowshoes at the cabin to buy her a large but never garish, ring worthy of someone of her character.
In the meantime, I am not giving up. Prospectors live on optimism, on hope. So Yukon wrote to her just this morning:
Your silence hurts. You have spoken of loving me and caring for me as we age. I have grown used to imagining you by my side, sharing the joys of life together. Now you have acted impetuously once again and I sit here paying the price for this. Our life together hangs in the balance while the warmth of your beating heart is now an echo chamber of despair. Have you found another? I do realise I am but a poor but honourable gold prospectortrapper from Canada. I have no riches, no fame, nor high social standing. But you knew this when you fell in love. You knew when you laid bare your heart with promises.

I spoke to Pastor Dave and he has helped me get over the shock, but not over the love. I pray you will see fit to continue to work together as we dreamed. I am going to go to the north valley today and check my trapline. I will be back later to check for messages. Valentine's day is coming and there is no reason to spend it alone.
If she doesn't reply, I will send the ring anyway.

My heart is overjoyed! She responded to my message. I think now she is playing hard to get. The little tease.....oh she is such a delight this woman. I guess she is a "diva", a drama queen. She sent me pictures of herself which happen to be on a website for traditional hair braiding for women from Senegal. So I guess she is a model? High maintenance type?
I don't need some one greedy in my side better find someone ease okay,
I never seen a Man like you ever my life, so stop playing game with me okay
bye bye
She needs to know I am sincere. Or at least as sincere as an animated character from a 1964 children's Christmas special can be. Good old Yukon!
Greedy? When have I ever asked you for anything except emotional support?
Valentine's Day is coming. The day of love. What does it take for me to keep that day special for us?
I will do one last thing for you to demonstrate my love. If this does not win you over I will walk away and know I did my best. Perhaps it will be God's plan we part. I also know that years from now I can look in the mirror and say I did all I could for this wonderful lady.
I am going to surprise you in the next day or so. Then you judge for yourself how deep is my love.
When that happens, you will realise you were meant for me!

Patience my dear lady. Valentine's Day awaits!
I will go to the city and get a ring for her. I will then ship it to her with a reliable company standing behind its 5 Star Service Guarantee. Hopefully it arrives in time for Valentine's day. I am wondering if the fake address she gave me will cause her concern knowing a valuable ring is heading her way???

My lady friend has dumped me, all over me sending a package to a made up address. Such a shame.

However, she called me a couple of names which I've never seen the words used in the context she intended before. She called me a "stinger". I think from her use, it means she thinks I am a scammer trying to scam her. The other is when she wrote "Go away you bingo!" I cannot find a slang reference to being called a bingo. Does that mean fake? Idiot? Scammer?

If anyone can help define the context of the terms "stinger" and "bingo" I'd appreciate it. They are new uses for those words to me.

Maybe she meant "slinger" and "bongo." Or maybe "stinker" and "bango."

She wants you to find Sting to sing the B-i-n-g-o song to her. That will bring your true love back!

My character was called catbingo once. I always thought Bingo was a straight line or a full card, not a cat.

My lady love has gone silent. I am sad but stoic. Since she refused to answer my inquiry about the meaning of the words she chose, I defined them myself and let her know how flattered I am.
I did some internet research and found that "stinger" can mean the part of a scorpion which stings, or, it can also mean sharp and decisive! Those are nice qualities to have! I am happy you see that in me.
Bingo can mean the game, but it also means "treasure" or "prize". Again, thank you for that.

Given your feelings it is a shame you bailed out on our relationship. It is nice to know however that as we move forward, you still think of me as a good man.

all the best in the direction you chose
I hope she is at least annoyed enough to reply!
