I think a lazy scammer was taking bits and pieces from different format letters and combining them.

But when I see you out and about it's such a crime
I can easily see envision a jealous lad saying this to a romance baiter. Riddles are fun. Reminds me of the early stages of the Hector bait where Irina said to "knock twice on the pipe if the answer is no" in terms of saving Sarah from that "windowless vault"...with an oddly reliable Internet connection.

Sad that this lad altered a well worn lottery scam angle to exploit the COVID-19 situation. £4M pounds should buy a lot of masks and hand sanitizer
though. Did the idiot name his price in terms of the fees needed to "release" that amazing four million £ payout? I know there isn't a sure fire way to track this, but I do wonder how many lads out there have recently decided to focus on scamming because the pandemic essentially put them out of legitimate work for a while. Lads can be so funny by asking for a victim's occupation as if it really matters. I doubt that his tune would change much if you populated that detail with "Profesional Lottery Winner" or "Associate Cyber Stalker" or "419 Scammer Executioner" etc. That's a joke obviously but these fools tend to have PHDs in reading between the lines by only responding to things that could get their vics to send them $...now!

This ass clown even supplied you with a UK based international redirect number famous for being abused by scammers (see link below). How subtle...

Link removed B8er

I hope you manage to give this one some well deserved Hell.
