You can sign up for lads on www.muguguestbook.com - or use that fake name and email to create a fun profile on a free dating site (make sure no real person would find your character attractive!)

If you decide you want to up your game a bit, you can inquire about a mentor as well. Bait safe, and make those lads cry!

Highlights include the wrestling lads and having my lad have an artists impression of him dressed as Tom Baker from Dr Who made.

I'm John Williams, back again after a hiatus, but with a new username 'cos I forgot the old one. I've got a couple of bank accounts to report (I've already got a piggy (i think) through reporting an account via formal (and painful) channels and the scammer got back to me (unsolicited) saying "oops, try this other account"). But I'd like to report them through a mod here, but can't because I haven't got enough posts. What is enuff?
(I'm also having the oddest logon problems, but I'll whinge about them in detail if they persist).

What does that mean?

It means I've got a couple of bank accounts I need killed before I can say I've sent money and it didn't work - can I have another a/c please? My scammers are impatient for my response.
BTW, is it only bank accounts that get reported to mods, or does it include WU/MG accounts as well?
I've just sent my first MTCN chatbot form (thanks to ScammingTheScammers ); we'll see what happens next.

Hello, this is my first visit here. I found out about this forum from redacted-Padme YouTube channel. I did enter the name of his channel right now but I saw that the preview function changed it to "monetized scambaiters YouTube channel" or something like that, but you probably know what it is. I've just started ScamBaiting but I think I'm doing ok. I'm looking forward to browsing the forums.

Per our rules, we do not allow the posting/promotion of any monetized youtube channels or youtube channels in general outside of what is strictly necessary (ie if you need to post a video of your scammer that was taken during your bait and you're posting that bait here and want to share your video as part of it). As you can imagine, it would take an incredible amount of time (time we do not have as volunteer moderators) to run down every link to make sure such links do not lead to innocent persons details, harmful links, etc. and we are also here for the sharing of baits / baiting info, not promotions. All of that said, welcome and, no matter how you found us, glad you did.

May I get the opinion of the membership on something real quick? Is it important to have registered using a profile name and email address that is unique to my role as a scambaiter rather than something I commonly use in my personal life, i.e. something I am known by to others online?

I didn't think too much about it when I was registering. Now, after having read some threads here, I wonder if I should leave and come back with a more secret identity. Or maybe it's not too necessary. I don't believe my email address at registration is displayed to anyone anywhere.

You can send me a PM with the new username you would prefer. We can also get your email address changed so you do not need to create a new account.

I was able to change my email address in the user control panel. But I'm unable to send a PM for now. I think because I'm too new.

Hope I find answers on the things I have had to deal with in the world of romance scams.

I hope for the best but expect most things to not have answers.
