Baiter/Victim ratio

I know there's no way to know this for sure, but those of you involved with SW as well as here might be able to make an educated guess.
Out of every 100 people who respond to a lad initially, how many are baiters? The fact that they can't see a baiter coming from a mile away tells me that the portion of baiters responding relative to victims is relatively small, because it would mean most lads would encounter one of us regularly.
