About ten emails followed after that, with the lad telling my character to buy an Apple Card and my character professing ignorance of what an Apple Card even was. He moved onto bitcoin after that, only to be told that "bitcoin was bankrupt" by my character.
Fortunately, we soon found a solution. To compensate for the lad's many troubles, my character agreed to up the payment in exchange for being allowed to do it by bank transfer. Somehow the lad decided that "I will pay 2,000" actually meant "I will pay 2,300", and continued to mention that figure throughout the bait.
He sent me a bank account quickly (first piggy) but oh no - they're saying that the recipient needs to fill out forms for the transaction. The lad didn't even want to hear about forms unfortunately, but he did send me a UK bank account instead to avoid filling them out. (second piggy)
Finally, my character "paid" - but of course, the lad needs a receipt to show to his oga (as I seriously doubt a gift card scammer would have access to these mules on his own). My character was pleased to comply, and sent him a file which somehow wasn't openable. (I originally wanted to send him a multiple GB unopenable file but Yahoo limits file sizes) He somehow didn't seem to find the file not opening to be as funny as I did, and sent me this message (I should also note that this lad loves capital letters whenever he's even slightly annoyed):
But of course, it wasn't an empty photo - how could it be, when my character could see it just fine on the other end? We continued on in this vein for some amount of time, with him ordering my character to take a picture of it on his phone, only to be told that my character did not own a phone.WHY ARE YOU PLAYING WITH THIS BMW LOTTERY USA. He decided to ghost me after this, with me reviving the bait by sending a rude "KEEP OFF" email from a fake lad and then an email from my character a day later saying that his friend had told him not to contact him, but he really needed his lottery winnings. This rapidly revived the lad's attention, but he was absolutely outraged when I sent him a MoneyGram receipt (from STS' modality) saying that I had already paid the money to his agent. His response was as follows:
My character was horrified at the idea that he was dealing with a thief, and asked the lad whether the dollar chopper was a fraudstar and hacker. The lad was particularly concerned about my reference to hacking and added a "CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD NOW" to every email sent after this, and eventually freaked out so much that he sent me another UK bank account without me even asking for it. (piggy three)DID I DIRECT YOU TO ANY AGENTS YOU JUST DEAL WITH THIEF'S. But my character was done with bank account business after having suffered a car crash on the way to make a bank transfer the last time - MoneyGram, on the other hand, he knew how to use. The lad liked the idea of MoneyGram, and sent me the details of two of his mules in France to send money to. (which I reported to the mods here)
I sent him two receipts from STS' modality, which he didn't care for, saying that they were unreadable (they aren't, funnily enough - the one time I give him something he should be able to read, he still can't) and accusing me of having used the same image from the receipt I sent to his agent. (I wonder why a MoneyGram receipt might look similar to another MoneyGram receipt
)After demanding the reference number over some emails only to be told by my character that he had to phone the number provided on the receipt (which would have directed him to a chatbot) he reached the end of his tether.
In an email titled "RUBBISH AND NONSENSE", he sent me this:

I heard that lads tend to hate accusations of drunkenness from previous baits, but he hasn't replied - not even to call me a bastard mugu and say that he could buy my mother for one naira.What on earth do you mean? Are you drunk? Kindly start talking sense before I complain about you to your superiors.
So, that's it I'm thinking for this bait - any advice/things I could have done better? Also, was there anything I really should not have done here? (I almost accidentally burned him before bware told me that my idea for a delaying tactic would have burned him and tipped him off, so I'm wondering if I accidentally did anything along those lines here)
