After the usual MG and bank transfer failures (all over a mere $250) he sounds out-of-sorts:
You have been playing to yourself or success not to me, you claimed to
send money gram which was not true, now you asked me to look for
another means to receive the fee which I sent bank information, can
you take a look of the transfer slip? Have you forgotten I am a
professional banker so this is not a bank slip moreover transfer on
hold due to what, explain? The transfer slip is in form of document
maker not printed from machine as a slip, and no official bank stamp,
who are you deceiving? I guess the so called assistance is not real
maybe you’re dealing with scammer or someone who is not honest to you,
so please forget about all this tricks, your deceiving yourself, prove
yourself, you can go to bank yourself to do the transfer then get
official bank slip/instruction, and stop deceiving yourself thinking
your deceiving me.

That makes me think that he was nearly arrested. Seems an odd thing to say otherwise.
I did wonder if that was the reason if one of my hitlads disappeared for a month.

I tend to agree with him in this regard.

I am continually boggled that apparently "a bank slip" is still a thing in lad country. The last time I have gotten anything on paper from my bank was at least 10 years ago.

Good rant btw :)

That rant is the sort of rant which would make me get rude and condescending to the lad, slap him down. How your bank handles its documents is beyond your control and if he has an issue he can write the head office and complain.
But it is good to read he was a little bit upset LOL

On the one hand, it's interesting to insist that the US doesn't have the same accepted forms
of documents as in Africa, Europe and Asia. No sprinkling stamps around or flamboyant signatures
from officials, especially now when everything is online and generated by computer. On the other hand,
to create documents with all those attributes might make the lads feel more secure and then more frustrated when
the transaction goes south for some reason. I'm not sure what's best, honestly.
