Any websites where people post scam numbers so that others can call them and scam bait/ play around with them for a bit just to annoy them?

I don't know, but I've been told, posting at the mugu guestbook is supposed to get email scammers in touch with you. The reason I am here in the first place is to find active email addresses, but I haven't had brilliant success.

Get emails first, then they will give you their phone numbers when you contact them. 99% of lads want you to call them.
